It's Saturday and I'm lazy, so here's a video of Bordeaux's 3-2 win over Sochaux in Ligue 1 today. American Charlie Davies entered at half for Sochaux and scored his first two goals for his new club.

The first is a 2:30, the second at 5:00.



Davies has clearly hit a hot streak, and his exploits for club and country continue to raise his profile. I'm planning a piece on Davies' emergence as a sudden American star, so look for that in the near future.
